www.sephora.com has videos in how to apply make up
if you really have no clue, its best to go to a saloon and pay like 30 $ to have them put it on you and teach you at the same time, saves time and you get a great look for a day so go out that night. And no there is really no site that tells you. All i can really type to you, is pick one shade lighter than ur skin for the foundation, Neautrogena healthy skin is expensive but it truley is the best for you skin. Apply it with a moist sponge and you can mix a bit of facial mosturizer with it if your face is dryer. For your eyes, put a thin line of black or brown or blue or whatevr color you want all along the lash line on top even to the tip, smudge slightly, Of course do that after you apply your shadow =P of course mix and match shades that go together. You can also take just a q-tip and put a darker shade than the lid shadow in the crease of your upper eye lid and blend to help give that dimensional look dark mascara is best, not brown. Volumizing mascara. And if your a paler use a peach type blush darker, use a rose type. Blending is key. Good luck!
