I know several people with eyes like yours. The color can change with the weather or according to your mood or what you're wearing. Your eyes can range from grayish with a golden ring around the pupil to greenish blue to just plain lovely clear blue. The awesome thing about your particular eye color is that you can choose your eyeshadow according to your mood to enhance a certain color. You're going to have to play around with different colors to see what brings out what. I did makeup for two different women with your ';in between'; eye color and the results were drastically different because they had different skin tones. But basically, look at the color wheel. Every makeup artist knows their color wheel. Typically, this is what is advised to bring out different eye colors:

Green eyes: Purples, pinks, and reds

Blue eyes: Oranges, coppers, golds

Hazel eyes: Warm tones, bronzes, greens

Brown eyes: Browns, bronzes, greens

Gray eyes: Grays, cool tones, brown

I guess most days you would be considered blue eyed or hazel, so try the complimenting colors and see how you like them.

And as far as application, here's the easy way to remember it: choose a main color, like copper or gold and sweep that over your eyelid up to your crease. Then choose a darker, matte eyeshadow in a neutral tone like brown or taupe and sweep that into your crease. Blend lightly with your fingertip so your eye doesn't look like a paint by numbers picture, and you should be good to go. Remember, use a light touch and you should be fine to experiment with all sorts of colors until you feel confident enough to try something bolder. thanks so much!! im happy you undertand my eyes ;)

im trying more greys, golds, and pinks when i think my eyes are colored accordingly. Report Abuse

You can get away with neutral colors...You need to chose 3 colors that blend very well together. The idea is to blend blend blend! lol You need different types of brushes to do this oh and don't forget the mascara! lol
hazel eyes and try a neutral brownish color. take a small lid brush and sweep it over lid about 4 time for effect. not heavy on liner though:)
You're one of the lucky one whose eyes will pop using ANY color.

Mine are the same ;)

Try watching tutorials on youtube.. they have some great ones.

And go buy some eyeshadow brushes!!! They work wonders.
