the eyeshadows are definitely good quality as long as you have a good base or primer before applying. They arent really too glittery but they do have a shimmer to them and are definitely not matte.

they are a great bargain. Though I will spend more money on foundation and bases or primers, Im not a fan of spending ridiculous money on eyeshadows and lipcolors.Im Having A Eyeshadow Collection.?
