Sheer washes of colour is fun %26amp; go for washable mascara. Waterproof when you do sports , swim. Don't go too dark. Use a soft black or a brown black eyeliner if you want to go darker. Keep eyeshadow colours from light to medium.

Or skip the eyeshadow! trust me, you'd be amazing how much better little make up is than more.
No. Im 13, and I wear that as well. My mum wont let me buy foundation because she says I dont need it, and I dont have any concealer, but I often wear blusher and eyeshadow, mascara, eyelinr, lipgloss or lipstick as well. You arent too young. Its the 10 year old girls who wear it that annoy me.
I'm 14, and since I was 13, I wore powder foundation, sometimes concealer, eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow, and lipgloss. Just make it it all looks light and natural.

no way. not at all, im 14 and have been wearing that starting when i was 12. although it depends on the eyeshadow you use, i usually wear gold because its classy and subtle, but if you are wearing bright colors, some people might question it, but not me. :)
im 13 to and i normally wear eyeliner foundation and lip gloss on a daily basis and for special occasions i add eye shadow and different color of lip gloss and mascara so no u r not to young and don't listen to those people that say u r as long as ur parents agree it is ok

No it's fine.for me I couldn't wear makeup until 6grade,middle school.

use any type of make up- but if you have to much on- it looks tacky and like your playing dress up. so i'd keep it light : )
