Yes, black looks nice. Some other eyeshadow colors:





You can create all of these into a smokey eye if you get bored of black: Aquas and turquoises looks best. It REALLY makes them pop! Purples (especially dark purples) also look amazing, as well as silvers, greys, blacks, greens and generally anything jewel toned. Gold also looks pretty nice, as long as it's not too orange-y toned.

personally i've found that plums and golds work best with hazel to light brown eyes.


my sister has them and I taught her how to apply makeup and those colors really bring out the color the most.
