Great and cheap matte eyeshadow?

welll yea its self explanatory


no shimmer or glitter at all


just a plain color that is it


and it has to be cheap that i can buy at a store or at the mall


cuz i cant go online cuz i used up all the money on my credit card from my birthday few years back XD


well since im 16 and my job pays like blehhhhh


it has to be cheap


and it has to last long


cuz i sweat a lot and i dont ahve time during the day to re apply it and all that

I know you said no MAC but consider it an option because they are HIGHLY pigmented they last for a really long time! So really it's an investment if you are really into makeup but if not then go for L'oreal Paris H.I.P. They are nicely pigmented and are I think 8$ for a duo.

I don't know what you consider expensive, but you should also try MAC.
Both MAC and Napoleon Perdis are pretty cheap. MAC isn't the best quality, though, so I'd go for NP.

Loreal Paris has great affordable cosmetics with lots of pigment in them unlike other drugstore brands. Same with the body shop which is a little more expensive but still affordable and has beautiful products!
youcanmake your own mineral eyeshadows for pennies by shopping at coastalscents.com... they have glitters and mattes as well
Revlon has nice eye shadows











you can get their products at your local drug store.








theyre really creamy and smooth :] easy to blend and stuff
MAC shadows - kinda expensive, but they are great quality and will last a long time :)
