Light blue eyes can pull off almost any color. A contrasting color really will highlight your eyes. I have blue eyes, and I've found that greens and pinks really make the blue in my eyes pop! Don't be afraid of color, but you really only want a splash of color, not the entire eye. Use brown eyeliner only on the top or bottom lashes. Don't do both or it might look a little harsh (unless of course if you like it that way be my guest).
For eyeshadow, I'd say brown, or copper.
When using brown or copper, apply the lightest shade on your eyelid.
Next use a slightly darker shade, and apply it to the crease of your eyelid. And then if you want to, you can apply a light, shimmery, skin toned color just below your eyebrow. You can apply it this way if you have a 3-toned eyeshadow compact.
If you only have one shade, apply it to your eyelid, and NO where else.
To make your eyes look bright, dap white or pale yellow eyeshadow on the inner corners.
