What's a great eyeshadow primer?

I know that Urban Decay is a good eye primer but i can't get it because i don't know were to find it!! I don't live near Sephora's or Ulta.





Anyway so what's a good eye primer? Btw i can't buy online.What's a great eyeshadow primer?

You are absolutely right, Urban Decay has a great eyeshadow primer. You can always order it online. Smashbox also has a great eyeshadow primer. I use that.

you can mix some concealer with moisturizer and that will work for about 3-8 hours (usually about 6 for me). If i don't put it with moisturizer it's about 6 hours everytime.


ULTA is having a free shipping thing on orders of 25 dollars or more so you could get too faced shadow insurance (works over 24 hours for me) or UDPP (works about 12 hours for me) and they even send you a bonus sample :)
I make my own. Take liquid foundation and thick lotion. Then take an empty container, pour in some foundation and then put in some thick lotion and mix it up. There should be more foundation though. If it's too liquidy add in more thick lotion. If you want you can put in a tiny bit of flour or cornstarch. But make sure to mix it up very well and you might need to add in more lotion after adding in flour.





Or go to wal-mart or a drugstore and get L'oreal Decrease
If you have a mac store you should try their pain pots the color that i use is painterly its a good one i give those as gifts all the time and everyone loves them.
Face makeup is an excellent eye primer. Foundation, concealer, or face powder on eye lids will make eye shadow last all day.
